Dave Hester served with the Lexington, KY Police Department from 1997- 2019. He spent most of his career as a detective in the Special Victims Section, serving in both the Crimes Against Children Unit and the Adult Domestic Violence/ Sexual Assault Unit. He was the Lexington PD’s Missing Juvenile and Runaway Detective from 2015 until he retired in 2019. He lives in Central Kentucky with his wife and daughter.
